E3 2011 Day One Recap – Sony

Sony is also well known for their long press conference, well this year is the same. Jack Tretton showed up and apologizing for the recent PSN outage, which came along a welcoming big announcements. There isn’t much new PS3 titles, but on stages showed Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time, previously announced but now with a final name. Both Resistance 3 and Uncharted 3 looked amazing. And followed up with Bioshock Inifinite with Move compatibility as well as a  little announcement that Bioshock is on it’s way to Vita. Sony once again collaborating with EA, with the upcoming SSX, Battlefield 3 and Need for Speed: The Run will be having extras exclusively for the PS3.

Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker Premium PSP

Peace Is OUT In Japan

Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker was out officially yesterday at Japan, unfortunately for North America would the 8th of June. I will be receive my PSP Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker Premium Pack in another week. Peace Walker will be the first Metal Gear title for a portable platform directed by series’ creator Hideo Kojima. The story will take place following the events of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater and Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops, which were both prequels to the original Metal Gear, and will once again star Naked Snake. Peace Walker’s original title was Metal Gear Solid 5: Peace Walker. The development team working on Peace Walker is as large as the team that worked on Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots.

Today I was suppose to revise all my concept art designs but instead I went to Sony Expo 2010 with my friends at Mid Valley. Sony Expo 2010 is all about giving audience a chance to experience what it is like to watch movie or play video games in 3D. Also they also give us experience on the next gen gaming on PS3 and PSPgo.

Sony hopes to fix the PlayStation 3-stalling 8001050F error in a day. But, if you have a fat PS3, do not use it for 24 hours. The news came in Sony’s first comprehensive statement about the error plaguing PS3s worldwide.

So Many Games So Little Time

With all the waits, all 3 JRPG games that I have been waiting for are all here. Tales of Vesperia were supposed to arrived on October but something went wrong with the shipping on the way here and been delayed till now. Semester break is really suppose to the time for me to find some cash to spare.
