Big day for Video Game I’d say. I’ll summarize the Presss Conference as short as possible with links.

A big day for Microsoft. They have impressive technologies, especially Kinect on display. They started off their conference with third party that impressed the audience with, Modern Warfare 3 and Tomb Raider. Gamers were also very excited when they demonstrate Gears of Wars 3 by Cliff Bleszinski himself with special guest, Ice-T.

This year, Microsoft obviously continue the success of Kinect with more title announced. From the more kids friendly title like Sesame Street: Once upon a Monster, Disneyland Adventure to Crytek’s Ryse, Fable: The Journey, Star Wars Kinect and Dance Central 2. Kinect also introduced Kinect Fun Lab, with easy avatar making, fingers motion tracking and scan almost any object to be used into games. Remember how gamers said they want core gaming on Kinect? Microsoft seriously brought Kinect to hardcore gaming like Mass Effect 3 and Ghost Recon: Future Soldier. Oh, did I forget to mention that Minecraft is exclusively coming to Xbox360?

Microsoft also introduce Live TV for the Xbox360 whereas Youtube and bing is also joining.

Finally, Microsoft announced not one, but two Halo games to be released. One of the title is the remake of the original Halo, Halo: Combat Evolved. The second one is continue of Master Chief and Cortana in Halo 4.
