Sony is also well known for their long press conference, well this year is the same. Jack Tretton showed up and apologizing for the recent PSN outage, which came along a welcoming big announcements. There isn’t much new PS3 titles, but on stages showed Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time, previously announced but now with a final name. Both Resistance 3 and Uncharted 3 looked amazing. And followed up with Bioshock Inifinite with Move compatibility as well as a  little announcement that Bioshock is on it’s way to Vita. Sony once again collaborating with EA, with the upcoming SSX, Battlefield 3 and Need for Speed: The Run will be having extras exclusively for the PS3.

For the tech, Sony had announced numbers of new tech. A Playstation branded 3D TV bundle which will come in at USD499, and included a TV that lets two players see two entirely different images at the same time on the same screen. On the portable side, Sony finally went in depth with its new handheld, including announcing a name: Playstation Vita. Sony shows a few upcoming titles for the Playstation Vita, from Uncharted: Golden Abyss to Little Big Planet to ModNation Racers to a brand new title, Ruin. This year Sony is all about showing how is it like having a Vita and also able to interact with the PS3.

When the press conference almost ended, Kaz announced the price for the Playstation Vita, USD249 for Wifi version and USD299 for 3G+Wifi version. It’s pretty affordable if you ask me.
